Brookside is an ICF/MR (Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded) which is the home of 108 children and adults with moderate to profound mental retardation. Brookside provides 24-hour nursing care and a wide range of other services to help our residents achieve the highest level of independence possible. Brookside has been in operation since 1980 and continues to be a state of the art provider of services.
