Madison Lindeman
Admissions Director & Licensed Social Worker
Madison Lindeman has dedicated her career to serving individuals with complex needs across both psychiatric and developmental disability settings. She has worked in a state psychiatric hospital and several psychiatric units, gaining firsthand experience with acute mental health care, crisis intervention, and long-term behavioral support. Alongside her psychiatric work, Madison has spent years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including children and adults with significant medical, behavioral, and communication challenges.
At Brookside, Madison serves as the Licensed Social Worker for 92 residents and plays an essential role in resident care and coordination. She is the first point of contact for admissions across five Intermediate Care Facilities — Brookside, Takoda Trails, MAG Homes, John Gray Homes, and Affinity Place — where she screens referrals, gathers information, and helps guide families toward the most appropriate placement. In addition to admissions, Madison manages consent paperwork, level of care assessments, discharge planning, and court-related responsibilities when needed.
Madison also designed and launched the Brookside Extended Care website, creating a resource that reflects the facility’s mission and supports families during transition. Her work blends clinical insight with practical support and is grounded in trauma-informed care, person-centered planning, and a strong belief in individualized dignity for every resident.
