Dr. Manish Srivastava, MD, FAAHPM, is a highly respected physician specializing in hospice and palliative care with longstanding dedication to improve the quality of life for patients facing serious illnesses. He is currently Medical Director of HOC Navigators and Hospice of Cincinnati and leads the palliative care initiatives across the TriHealth system where he has become a guiding force in compassionate, patient centered care.

He earned his medical degree in 1992 and completed his residency in internal medicine at UPMC/Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh where he was also the chief resident. He then went on to complete fellowships in both geriatric medicine and Hospice and palliative medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. His early interest in end-of-life care evolved into a lifelong mission to change the way patient’s, families, and healthcare providers approach serious illness—not as a surrender, but as an opportunity to preserve dignity and comfort. Throughout his career, Dr. Srivastava has focused on bridging clinical excellence with human connection.

His leadership has been recognized beyond the clinical setting. In 2016, he was appointed by the governor of Ohio to be as member of the Advisory Council for Ohio Department of Aging. In 2018, he was named a finalist in the Cincinnati business Courier’s Health Care hero Awards, honoring his influence in both practice and advocacy. Dr. Srivastava is also a fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM).
